All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds.

Please read carefully before making a purchase. Due to the nature of our products and our commitment to offering exclusive, limited-quantity items, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed.

Damages and issues

We take great care in packaging and shipping your order. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at vntgsauce@yahoo.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the item and packaging so we can assess the issue and determine if a replacement or store credit is appropriate.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

As all sales are final, we do not accept returns on any items.

If you have questions about a specific item before purchasing, feel free to reach out to us.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
All of our vintage items are used pre-owned clothing, unless stated otherwise. They are subjected to signs of imperfections and will not be 100% free of flaws (rips, stains, holes, etc.) Please look at the photos carefully to judge the pieces accordingly.
